Varela Automação ("we", "the Service") provides tools to schedule and publish videos owned by the user, or by clients who have authorized the user, to third-party platforms such as TikTok and Instagram using their official APIs.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You connect your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and may revoke access at any time in your TikTok settings.
You retain all rights to your content. You represent that you own or have permission to publish every video you submit and that it complies with the TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and applicable law. You grant us a limited license solely to process and transmit your content to the platforms you select.
You may not use the Service to publish content you do not have rights to, spam, misleading content, or anything that violates platform policies or the law.
Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
